You Are 99% Trapped Light

You are not solid. Every atom in your body is mostly empty space — and what
holds it together isn't matter, it's a field you can't see.

But here's the part almost nobody gets right: the Higgs field only explains
about 1% of your body weight. The other 99% is pure binding energy — light
and motion, trapped inside your protons and held in place.
